John McCain has not have any cosmetic dentistry done. His lower crowded teeth and his large cheeck bone muscles represent a definte clencher. He advocates more traditional dentistry as indicated by his gold crown one can see when he smiles wide. For sure a procedure like Invisalign can make the lower teeth straight.
